q: What’s up? Please give a short introduction about yourself:
a: My name is Kamal Tung , I’m 20 and from Singapore. Just picked up photography about 2 years ago, mostly documenting my life as it passes by. I am currently working to fund for my overseas trips.
q: You seem like traveling a lot. What’s the last country you went to? Any crazy things happen there?
a: I have such a passion for travelling and I always feel like I need to escape from the hustle and bustle of Singapore. I just got back from USA recently, I really enjoyed myself, stuffing my face with food I could never get back home. If only I could have stayed longer. Things were pretty tamed throughout the entire trip actually.
q: You shoot mainly in film, why?
a: The unpredictability of the results,knowing that there is a limited amount of shots, so I’d best get it right. It reminds me of life in that aspect, there hardly are second chances. So I tr, to the best of my abilit, to capture those moments. Furthermore I find digital cameras overly complex.
q: Any new music to recommend?
a: Devotion - The XX.
