q: Some of your pictures feature models in uncomfortable looking positions and in weird situations, what’s the concept behind this?
a: Sometimes no concepts just a pure feeling of what is cool and what is not, sometimes we think of a concept after taking the picture itself which is wrong but appears to make sense for us, we don’t try to be serious if we are not.
q: Your work is done together with Roman Noven, what are your roles when it comes to making pictures? who takes the pictures?
a: We both do. Shooting is not just pressing the button. We make out the idea, style, posing, composition trusting each others tastes, we discuss everything over before we shoot, we choose films and cameras, we sometimes get angry and merely fight, but take the pics together anyway.
q: Do you prefer shoes or sandals?
a: Due to my statistics shoes hurt me less.
q: Any new music to recommend?
a: We love things mixed.
